Welcome to Bridgeport Trade & Technology Center (BTTC) online. BTTC is the information center for Connecticut's premier business incubator. This multi-tenanted facility is the largest of its kind in the State. With over 60 different companies already calling the Center "home," it has become the location of choice for start-ups and existing small businesses in southern Connecticut. The Center was created to facilitate small to mid-sized business growth in Fairfield County. Since its creation over fifteen years ago, BTTC has assisted over 200 companies by offering clean affordable space in which to launch and develop their products and services. BTTC isn't just a building for business, it's building business.

The BTTC campus includes six buildings measuring over 600,000 square feet with an additional 10 acres available for further expansion. Office tenants range from a regional high school to performing arts dot coms who wish to utilize the complex multiple fiber optic systems. Industrial tenants include research and development, pharmaceutical, woodworking and warehouse distribution firms, to name a few. The facility's upgrades and poured cast concrete construction translate to versatility in accommodating the tenancy!

Most importantly, the people at the center are committed to its success. Tenants freely exchange ideas and are encouraged to network with each other at the quarterly luncheons. The on-site maintenance and management teams are quick to address tenant needs and realize the importance of doing it right the first time.

Finally, the managing director's office is available to direct tenants to services outside the building. As the domain name implies -- MyBTTC -- the Center has a unique social structure where growing companies find the resources needed to succeed.
